CeMAP Mortgage & CPSP Specialist Finance Advisor
Graham Cox is the founder and director of Hub FS Limited, which trades as Self Employed Mortgage Hub. Specialising in mortgage and protection broking for busy company directors, partners and contractors, our mission is to help business owners save time, stress, and very often, money.
After working for several years for a leading UK video game software development company, Graham ventured into self-employment and entrepreneurship in 2008, launching a banner website advertising software business. Later, he built and ran an ecommerce childrens outdoor clothing business, before selling it in 2014.
In 2021, having worked in financial services lead generation for many years, Graham founded Hub FS Limited. He'd noticed the self-employed mortgage market was massively underserved by existing brokers, with a lack of information available to help business owners get a mortgage. And so SEMH was born.
Graham provides specialist mortgage and protection advice to busy entrepreneurs looking to buy residential or investment property, and is the author of the expert articles and guides on this website. He's a CeMAP Level 3 qualified mortgage and protection adviser, a LIBF Certified Practioner in Specialist Property Finance (CPSP) and member of the London Institute of Banking & Finance (MLIBF).
Regularly called upon by the UK press and media to provide the latest mortgage market analyis, Graham has been featured in The Telegraph, Daily Mail, FT Adviser, Independent and Evening Standard as well as many other national and regional publications. He's also made several guest radio appearances on LBC and BBC Bristol.
