Terms & Conditions

This offer is exclusively for our existing clients who have completed a Mortgage and/or Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, or Income Protection policy with us.
For a mortgage referral, the £100 Amazon gift voucher will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of Hub FS Limited's broker fee from the referee.
For life insurance, critical illness or income protection policies, the £100 Amazon gift voucher will be paid three months after your friend's policy start date, as long as they havn't cancelled their policy and their payments are still up to date.
This offer is valid once per recommendation or referral.
You will not be eligible for this offer If you have cancelled a similar insurance policy within the last 18 months,
This offer is limited to a single £100 Amazon Gift voucher or £100 Jigsaw charity donation per client referral, even where the referree takes out more than one mortgage and/or insurance policy.
Hub FS Limited reserve the right to cancel your eligibility for this offer if we find or suspect any abuse of the terms and conditions.
Hub FS Limited reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Refer a Friend scheme, or withdraw the scheme completely, at any time.
